Service Description

Tracking projects, with consistent contact to project team members, from concept through contract award. Work with Project Management staff to ensure that the Customer expectations are regularly being met. Assist Solution Sales in the Pre-Sales phase by pro-actively participating in the quoting, scheduling and feasibility study. Define and prepare the scope and technical requirements with the customer. Gather the requirements for services/products development and deployment. Responsible for the purchasing, delivery and installation of all hardware and software needed on the projects. Defining the strategy regarding the installation and/or integration. Engage existing customers on future opportunities.
